ALIGNMENT

Pilates Level 1
Lengthen, strengthen, and align. Our Reformer classes use spring-based resistance to sculpt long, lean muscles, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Expect a full-body workout that creates alignment in mind, body, and soul.
Level 1 is ideal for beginners or anyone refining their foundation. Focus on alignment, breath, and core connection to build a strong Pilates base.

Pilates Level 1.5
For experienced clients ready to flow. Explore intermediate exercises and transitions while maintaining precise form and deep core engagement. Prior Pilates Reformer experience is required.

Pilates Level 2
Intermediate-Advanced, fast-paced, and fiery. Minimal breaks and maximum focus. Move through challenging sequences designed to build strength, control, and endurance. A minimum of ten Reformer 1.5 classes is required before joining.

Pilates jumpboard
This Level 2 class is a dynamic, cardio-driven take on traditional Reformer Pilates. Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll combine controlled jumping sequences with core, strength, and coordination work for a full-body burn that feels both athletic and graceful. Prior Level 2 Pilates experience required.

BodyCore delivers a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize your entire body.
This core-focused experience uses slow, controlled movement to build endurance and ignite that signature Lagree shake. Expect to sweat, shake, and leave feeling stronger than ever.

Lift, sculpt, and strengthen. This signature BB strength training class lifts your glutes and tightens your core to build a strong, confident body. Music-based movements that blend weight training, Pilates mat, and yoga sculpt for the ultimate burn.

BodyFlow Yoga & Soundbath
Reset and rejuvenate in this deeply restorative experience combining the gentle practice of Yin or Restorative Yoga with the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl soundbath.
